Aim To establish opportunities which are challenging, supportive, exciting and fun for young people, enabling them to learn, develop and respond to change. About The Centre The Point Youth Centre was purpose built in 1996 for the young people of Hart. The building and service was made possible through a partnership between Hampshire County Youth Service, Hart District Council, Hart Lions, Hart Voluntary Action and Fleet & District Community Association. The Lions Club of Fleet have been a more recent example of strong community support by enabling the centre to resource with digital technology. The Centre's service is delivered by Hampshire County Youth Service. It is staffed by professional part - time youth workers, a number of volunteers and managed by a full time youth worker.
